Inspire is the community built for and by Girlguiding’s 18 to 30 year old members.
Â
Inspire's aim is to expand the developmental and social opportunities available to young women, as well as to promote a more flexible model of volunteering.
Whether you want to travel the world, build your CV, support girls or simply have fun with new friends, you can do it with Girlguiding Inspire.
There are loads of ways to get involved. Some of our opportunities are through volunteering with local Girlguiding units, others you can do on your own.Â

Unit Leader
The Leadership Development Programme (LDP) is a self-led, flexible learning journey for adult volunteers who want to become a Leader.
The LDP is made up of 3 sections:Â
Building foundations - managing safety and risk
Engaging guiding - involving girls in decisions and planning, celebrating every member.
You and your team - developing as a team, managing the units funds and organising your unit.Â

Trefoil Guild
The Trefoil Guild is for everyone aged 18 and over. It is a place to find friendship, to get involved in new challenges, or get active in your community.Â
Trefoil is flexible and we have Guilds and groups to suit everyone. Some meet in person, some are online and some are a mixture of both.
Some of our Trefoil Guilds are made up of members who live in different parts of the UK, as well as specialist interest groups that you could join alongside your Trefoil.
